Privacy Policy
1. Commitment to Data Integrity
Lord Mayor Compliance (“Lexora”, “we”, “us”) operates as a high-tier regulatory technology provider. We recognize the extreme sensitivity of the compliance data processed through our platform. This Privacy Policy details how we handle information in accordance with the Nigerian Data Protection Act (NDPA) and international standards.
PERSONAL DATA
Names, official titles, corporate emails, and authentication credentials for authorized personnel.
COMPLIANCE DATA
Audit trails, regulatory filings, corporate governance structures, and risk assessment outputs.
2. Data Collection and Purpose
We collect data solely for the purpose of maintaining regulatory status for our clients. This includes performing automated checks against global sanctions lists, PEP databases, and local regulatory mandates. We do not sell, lease, or monetize client data under any circumstances.
3. Security and Technical Safeguards
Technical security is non-negotiable. LMC employs AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Access is strictly controlled via Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Our infrastructure is hosted in SOC2-compliant environments.

3. Limitation of Liability
While Lexora Compliance provides high-fidelity regulatory tracking, we are not a law firm. Our outputs should be interpreted as advisory tools. Lexora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from regulatory decisions made by the client's internal legal teams.
Note: These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising shall be settled via arbitration in Lagos.
